WE THE OPERATOR REQUIRED THIS DOCUMENT TO VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY, ENSURE YOU MEET MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS (USUALLY 18+) AND FOR YOU TO HOLD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO OOUR EQUIPMENT OR VIOLATIONS OF LOCAL MARINE REGULATIONS.
